This toolbox, unorthodox as it is, is full of questions to ask, feelings to explore, and old belief's to question. Do we really believe the body would design a system so intrinsic and important to be painful? Why is such a powerful part of us still full of so much shame, that none of us are born with, we all learn it unless we challenge the core of the curse. Come with me as I share my life's work of teaching women and others that menstruate, how to value the lived experience of menstruation as a practice of mental health, emotional balance and physical wellness. There is a sense of purpose from within, a compass for knowing who you are and how to live with deeper relations to self, others and our earth available from living gently with the blessings of the blood.
